 YSC
Scope (Model YSC-70, YSC-130 and YSC-7014) with integrated
LED lighting and camera are ideal for BGA,
CSP and QFP inspection. Interchangeable
90 degree horizontal viewing prism tips
from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm size can be used for
various stand off height and gap sizes.
Straight viewing tip option is also available..
The YSC Scope can be handheld, or configured
with various accessories (stand, xy table,
double sided board holder, back lighting,
video capture card, and measurement software)
for easy operation. |

YSC Scope 130 & 7014 Digital Video Inspection System
with 70X to 140X magnification option for BGA,
microBGA, CSP applications helps you see what
typical X Ray system cannot. The prism tip can
be changed from 90 degree viewing for BGA or CSP
solder joint inspection to 0 degree for straight
viewing for QFP. The system can be used handheld
or configured with stand or video measurement
software. It's an economical addition to X Ray
system.
